Home cinema and smart home installation in the Ribble Valley
We are a Ribble Valley company. The workshop is at Hawkshaw Farm in Clayton-le-Dale, fifteen minutes from Clitheroe, and most of the systems we have built are within half an hour of it.

Ribble Valley houses are not built like the ones in the brochures. Gritstone walls two feet thick stop Wi-Fi dead at the second door, and there is rarely a cavity to run a cable through. Farmhouses have flagged floors that nobody wants lifted twice. Barn conversions give you a beautiful vaulted ceiling and no loft void at all, which is exactly where a cinema wants its speakers. Half the parish is inside the Forest of Bowland National Landscape, so an external speaker or a satellite dish is a planning conversation before it is a technical one.
Then there is the connection. Fibre has reached Clitheroe, Whalley and Longridge properly, but go up past Waddington or out towards Slaidburn and you are on a long copper run or a fixed wireless link. We design networks for that: a router that fails over to 4G, a mesh that keeps working when the line drops, and cameras that record locally rather than to a cloud that cannot be reached.
Most of the work here is retrofit and renovation rather than new build, and most of it runs alongside a joiner, a sparks and a builder we already know. Being fifteen minutes away means we can be on site for first fix on the morning the plasterer needs an answer, not the week after.

Spares and loan kit sit in the workshop at Clayton-le-Dale. Programming is ours, so a change does not wait on a subcontractor.
