"Can't fault their approach. From survey to quote to timing to delivery, it was all seamless. We have thick stone walls but now there is seamless connectivity across the house. The team was great, respectful, knowledgeable and tidy."

04 How we work

One team, start to finish.

STAGE 01

Consult

A conversation before anything else, at the house or in the showroom. What the rooms need to do, how you actually live in them, and what a sensible budget looks like. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

STAGE 02

Design

A site visit, then proper drawings and a fixed quote. Speaker positions, keypad locations, cable routes and rack layouts, all agreed before anyone lifts a floorboard.

STAGE 03

Install

First fix to final focus, working alongside you and your team. Cables dressed, plaster made good, every screen and speaker calibrated to the room it lives in.

STAGE 04

Aftercare

The people who installed it answer the phone. Remote monitoring, quick fixes, and a system that's still looked after years after the handover.

05 Partners & platforms

The platforms we build on.

We are not tied to any one manufacturer. We hold accreditation with the platforms that earn it, and specify from a much wider bench besides, so the stack fits the building and the way you will use it rather than the other way round.

Sometimes that means KNX and Lutron across a whole house. Sometimes it is a single Trinnov in a cinema, or K-array through a room that fills up on a Saturday night. We will tell you which, and why.

06 About

A specialist team from the Ribble Valley.

Our in house team design, install and look after every system themselves, with no subcontractors, no handovers between departments. The person who drew your system is the one who commissions it.

It's why nearly all of our work arrives by recommendation, and why the reviews read the way they do.

About us
07 Where we work

Rooted in Lancashire, displayed in Manchester, serving the North West.

We work from our base in the Ribble Valley, out across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the North West, and, for the right project, a good deal further. Homes come first, with bars, hotels and offices alongside.

08 Common questions

The things people ask first.

Every system is priced to the room, so you get a fixed quote at the design stage, before any work begins. A single media room and a whole-house install sit a long way apart; the design visit is where we pin down exactly what yours will cost.

A dedicated cinema room typically takes eight to sixteen weeks from design to handover. Whole-house projects run longer and are staged alongside you and your team, so the trades never trip over each other.

Yes, often. Much of our work is in stone farmhouses, barn conversions and listed homes across the Ribble Valley and beyond, where cables are routed with care and plaster is made good afterwards, as if we were never there.

Yes. Hotels, bars, restaurants and showrooms sit alongside the houses, and every one of them gets the same attention to detail as our high-end residential work. Nothing on show that does not need to be, and a system the staff can actually use on a busy night.

The same team that installed your system answers the phone. Remote monitoring catches most issues before you notice them, and when a visit is needed, you deal with the people who already know the house.
