What you notice in a finished room is a keypad and a lamp coming on. What makes that happen is two days in a plant room dressing cable, labelling ports and writing the logic. Get that layer right and the house simply behaves; get it wrong and no app will rescue it. Which is why we build and program it ourselves, and never subcontract it.

Scenes and schedules
Morning, away, evening and night, built around how the house is actually used, with astronomical timers so scenes follow the sunset.
Voice control
Where you want it, on the rooms where it makes sense. Useful for music and lighting, and deliberately kept away from the front door.
Security and access integration
Cameras, alarm status, gates and door entry inside the same app, so arriving and leaving is one action rather than four.
Remote access
Check and control the house from anywhere, with the important functions available on your phone and the rest left on a keypad.
Energy management
Consumption visible per zone, with heating, hot water and EV charging scheduled around tariffs rather than habit.
Reliability and local processing
Processors on site, not in a data centre. If the broadband drops, every keypad, scene and schedule keeps working.
Expandability
Capacity and documentation left in place, so adding a room, a zone or a garden building later is a small job rather than a rebuild.

Five stages, one team.
The same people survey the house, draw the system, install it and look after it afterwards. Nothing is subcontracted, and nothing is programmed by someone you have never met.
Consultation and survey
An hour or two at the property, looking at the rooms and listening to how you use them. We measure, photograph, and note what the building will and will not allow. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.
Design and specification
Drawings, a schedule of equipment and a fixed price. Every position is marked, every cable route decided, and the specification is written so your architect, builder and electrician can all work from it.
Project management
We hold the programme alongside the other trades, from first fix to second. Across the Ribble Valley, Lancashire and Cheshire that usually means working around a builder who is already on site.
Installation and calibration
Our own engineers install, dress every cable, and then calibrate to the room rather than to a factory preset. Smart automation is set up in the space it lives in, at the time of day it will be used.
Handover and aftercare
A proper handover, documentation, and the same phone number afterwards. Remote monitoring catches most faults before you notice them, and the person who answers already knows your house.
Commercial AV and building control.
Commercial AV installation is the same discipline with different priorities: the system has to be operable by staff on their first shift, locked down so it cannot be misconfigured, and monitored remotely so an unattended site does not fail quietly.
We build venue-wide control for bars, restaurants, hotels and offices, with scheduling that follows trading hours, one simple interface behind the bar or on reception, and service contracts that include remote monitoring and response.
