A workshop in Lancashire, a showroom in Manchester.

Everything is designed, built and racked at the workshop before it reaches your house. The showroom is where you can hear and see it working first.

Racks are built and tested here before they go anywhere. Spares and loan kit sit on the shelf, which is why a service visit is usually an afternoon rather than an order.
