Motorised blinds
Roller, roman and venetian on quiet motors, fitted into pockets or integrated into the interior so the tube and brackets stay out of sight.
Motorised curtains
Tracks and drapes on silent drives, with the stack and return set out so the curtain sits properly when open as well as closed.
Blackout for cinema rooms
Side-channel blackout blinds that hold a dark room in daylight, coordinated with the cinema scenes so one button does both.
Solar and heat control
Fabric openness chosen for glare and heat gain, with automatic positions on sun angle so south-facing rooms stay usable in July.
Fabric and finish selection
Samples in the room, in daylight, alongside the joinery. Fabric decides how the blind looks far more than the hardware does.
Wired or battery
Mains and low-voltage drives where the house is open, rechargeable battery motors where it is finished and the plaster is staying.
Scene integration
Shading on the same scenes as the lighting, so evening, cinema and away each move the blinds without a separate app.
Lutron shading
Specification-grade drives and fabrics, matched to Lutron lighting on one processor and one set of keypads.

Five stages, one team.
The same people survey the house, draw the system, install it and look after it afterwards. Nothing is subcontracted, and nothing is programmed by someone you have never met.
Consultation and survey
An hour or two at the property, looking at the rooms and listening to how you use them. We measure, photograph, and note what the building will and will not allow. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.
Design and specification
Drawings, a schedule of equipment and a fixed price. Every position is marked, every cable route decided, and the specification is written so your architect, builder and electrician can all work from it.
Project management
We hold the programme alongside the other trades, from first fix to second. Across the Ribble Valley, Lancashire and Cheshire that usually means working around a builder who is already on site.
Installation and calibration
Our own engineers install, dress every cable, and then calibrate to the room rather than to a factory preset. Shading & electric blinds is set up in the space it lives in, at the time of day it will be used.
Handover and aftercare
A proper handover, documentation, and the same phone number afterwards. Remote monitoring catches most faults before you notice them, and the person who answers already knows your house.
Commercial blinds and facade shading.
Commercial blinds are usually bought for one of two reasons: glare on screens, or heat gain on a facade. Both are solved with fabric specification and automation rather than with more air conditioning, which is why the shading conversation should happen before the cooling one.
We install motorised shading for offices, hotels and function rooms, with sun-angle automation across whole elevations, blackout in meeting and event spaces, and staff control limited to a keypad so the levels stay as the designer set them.
